You will need to make the payment with valid credit card through iPay88 or PayPal for online transactions (at StargazerOnlineStore.com).  Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card for security compliance.   For domestic credit card holder, you are required to input a special code with a preset question to complete the transaction.  If you fail to provide the correct information or password, please contact your issuing bank and complete the transaction later.  If you request to make bank transfer, our bank a/c information will be furnished for your online transaction.  The money received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a full settlement against the value of the goods you purchase.

The goods will be despatched only when the payment by credit card is made clear to our bank account.   It probably takes up to 7 working days. A confirmation email contains the tracing information will be provided when the item(s) is despatched.

For domestic orders, the shipping affiliate for Stargazer Online Store is City Link (and/or ABX Express). You understand that the timely delivery of the Products shall be the responsibility of the Courier company and although Website Provider provides the resources for the initiation and handling of all queries, comments and complaints to be made, neither Website Provider shall be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver the Products in accordance with the specific delivery time schedule as may be applicable to the Products.

For international orders, purchasers are required to acquire for freight cost before making payment.  Please note that this may take up to 3 days for freight cost advice and Website Provider is not liable for any mishandling, loss or damage of the goods.

For sales over-the-counter at our showroom, only cash or credit card payment is acceptable.
